A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. Booking fees are to secure your appointment for the specific day & time you chose. Booking fees are non-refundable, transferable once before a new deposit is required. Refunds are not given & no guarantees are made.
Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment. They will be asked to wait in the car.
APPOINTMENTS ARE TRANSFERRABLE 1 TIME ONLY with the same deposit. If a second rescheduled appointment is needed, I will require another booking fee. Any cancellations/reschedules/no-shows within 72 hours of your appointment will forfeit your booking fee as it is non-refundable & you will be charged cancellation/no-show fees that apply to you; a new booking fee is required to re-book for a future date. Day-of cancellation results in loss of booking fee + $100 fee as this does not allow me to fill you time slot in such short notice. No shows result in charging 50% of the total service cost with the card on file & you will not be allowed to book future appointments with me. Please respect my time as I would respect yours. Please let me know ahead of time if you can’t make it to your appointment. If you are running late, please keep me updated & I will try my best to accommodate you.
